Poor Settlement

In my part of Wales at the moment they're talking of closing down three High Schools (we've only got five), they're also talking of closing down hospital wards and in the recent cold weather B roads (and even main roads actually) were not properly gritted - also pavements were not touched.
This is all because of a 'poor settlement' the local authority has received from the government.
The government is giving 'poor settlements' because it's skint.
It's skint because it bailed out the bankers.
Plain and simple.
People are dying (no exaggeration - hospitals, icy roads) and children suffer BUT the bankers who have caused all of this are still getting million pound bonuses.
Come the revolution...

It's the same thing in America and Australia, labor and the left claim to be for the little guy, but when you look at the evidence, it's the big shots that are smiling all the way to the bank.

But will they ever admit it?
