Recent figures released by Dyfed Powys Police show that in Dyfed Powys last year 57% of people committing serious offences were let off with a caution.Think about that.
The majority of people in Dyfed Powys committing serious offences who were actually caught by the police were then let off!!!
None of them should have been let off if the offences were serious. But amazingly most of them were let off.

That is really bizarre, but I guess it's not too surprising since justice seems to be inverted these days.
