The Right Rant: Head of What?!

I received a letter today from my local 'Head of Schools and Inclusion'.
Inclusion???
Once again, I just don't get it.

Certainly a NUT New speak term (inclusion) to be included even if you have no wish to be, or others don't like you very much because you are a barbarian.
Wonderfully happy, vibrantly diverse etc ad nauseum......
